Last summer, after a pretty rough start to the new year (Low self-esteem and weight gain due to some jerk of a guy!) and totally freaking out about turning 35, I made the decision to "get in the best shape of my life by the time I turned 35". 

August 2, 2008 - Enter FitnessQuest.  On our first meeting I told them I wanted to be 3 things: 1) toned; 2) muscular; 3) and not jiggly (Damn butt and thighs!).  I didn't care about how much I weighed or what size I was.  I wanted to totally change the way I looked by May 21, 2009…the big 3-5!  They designed a meal plan (Of course, none of the foods I liked to eat!) and a workout program. ...
