I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both John and Lisa for helping me make such an amazing change in such a short period of time. I knew that I wanted to make a change, it was clear to me that I had to make a change but I didn't have the slightest idea on what to eat, how to lift, where to walk, how fast to walk and so on.

On April 27th, 2009, I did the hard part. I committed to John thirty days straight of training FQ's way. After we weighed in, took measurements and pictures he asked me the following: "How do you think we should lift", "What kind of cardio do you think you need to do", and "what are you going to eat"? Guess what people....I was wrong on all accounts. I wasn't even in the ballpark with what I thought needed to be done to make any kind of physical changes. It became very apparent to me that no matter how hard I was willing to work, I needed the help of an expert to get me where I needed to go. I must say that there are a lot of people that lift for a few months, or years and they actually think they are some type of fitness expert. Nothing could be further from the truth. With the help of the so called "experts", I just kept spinning my wheels"  and with the help of John, I eat right, I lift smart and feel better than I ever have. Since working with FitnessQuest, I no longer take any prescription drugs whatsoever, no illness' of any kind, and I no longer have sleep apnea.

Let's cut to the chase. Some 16 weeks later, the changes have been astounding! I made sure to listen to everything that John and Lisa shared with me and it has now become a way of life for me. John and Lisa changed my life forever. There are not enough words in the world to express my debt and gratitude to them.
